Step into the Fairytale world of Foxling & Fae and find yourself at the doorstep of a small cottage on chicken-feet in the deepest part of the woods. It is draped with lichen and moss, foxgloves and night-blooming flowers guard the entrance, and smoke scented with bergamot and rose wafts out of the old, brick chimney. It feels like you have been to this very place once in a dream.

Upon entering, you are greeted by the Foxling in residence---a small, russet coloured corgi who leaps with joy at you having arrived. A mug of Fae Grey, our signature tea, awaits you beside an emerald green wing-back chair by the fireplace. Beeswax candles line the hearth while the walls are covered in bookshelves lovingly filled with Classical Literature, Faery Tales, Mythology, Poetry and maps of the stars. Interspersed among the books are found things: bones, moss, vines growing through cracks in the walls, bottles and jars all filled with the most alluring of ingredients, salves for aching joints, tinctures in amber bottles and vintage teaware balanced precariously.

This home is owned by a local Tea Witch--her hair a firebrand, her clothing a bit eccentric. She often prefers the company of the small, 4-legged beast that now begs for your attention and she’s generally found wandering in nature, her purse full of plant matter and scribbles of poetry on old scraps of paper. However, she leaves the door unlocked and her hearthfire burning--- for her greatest joy in life is to share a cuppa with a new friend, to present them with hand-dipped candles for the next solstice or equinox, to consult the stars for lessons and insight, or to pass you a salve from her coat pocket for a bee-sting or aching knee.

She welcomes you here, new friend, wayward traveler-- and lovingly calls you a Foxling, inducting you into this sacred, magical space.

We have you covered! No two items are ever alike but each one is chosen in the knowledge that you would arrive here needing it above all the rest.

Each one of our teas is created with all the senses in mind. We choose high quality herbs for taste and/or nutritive properties (in the case of an herbal tisane) to create an offering that delights the eyes, intoxicates your sense of smell, has the feel of quality and texture, and glides over the taste buds with delight.

We want each cup to be a full-bodied ritual that grounds you in the mindfulness of the moment and your connection to the plants you are imbibing.

The entire process from beginning to end is a a creation of art as we weave a story of high quality ingredients blended together to create a story. We hope you will pull these teas off the shelf like a beloved book--choosing different teas from Foxling & Fae for the different mood it provides!

We moved back to our family land in Pennsylvania in September 2024. Multiple generations of our ancestors have worked this land and we are incredibly grateful to be the next steward of this incredible piece of paradise.

We honour the First Nation people who once lived in community with the plants of this land. We honour our ancestors who raised multiple generations on this land, and we honour the stories of hardship alongside joy that is the very fabric of Appalachia.

We harvest all plants in ethical foraging practices from this space and will be offering apothecary products with the seasons which honour our path of Herbalism as well as the knowledge that has lived in the bones of this land for thousands of years.
