Midsummer Night's Tea

This tea is filled with Midsummer Flowers to make you feel like the Queen of Faeries herself! We filled it with Butterfly Pea Flower, Heather, Calendula, Cornflower, Rose Petal, Elderflower, Lavender, Hibiscus, Chamomile, as well as herbs like Hawthorn, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Sweet Orange Peel and Stevia Leaf.

It is Hibiscus forward (a berry-citrus flavour) and naturally sweetened with stevia leaf. Add lemon juice and watch it change colour before your very eyes--how magical!

This tea was created for the Summer Solstice (Litha) as an ode to Fairies and Flowers and all that is wonderful about the longest night of the year! We filled it with 10 different flowers so it looks gorgeous when brewed in a see-through glass container. It makes a delicious iced tea and is un-caffeinated so you can drink it in the evening.

It is served best cold and does amazing as a sun tea or a tea you can brew and leave on the counter for some time so it infuses all that herbal goodness into it. However, you can also brew it hot and enjoy it year round.Top it off with some fresh mint and rose petals and sit out on the patio enjoying all the Solstice has to offer!
