Also known as Mead Wort, Queen of the Meadow, Meadsweet, and Bridewort. These dried meadowsweet flowers have been rubbed on mesh screens to crumble them slightly. Meadowsweet has a characteristic strong, sweet smell and pleasant flavor. The flowers have been used for flavoring wines, beers, vinegars, and jams.
